One random winner will receive a Henny Penny stamp and a Simple Barn & Silo Set!
Here is my card.
I used the frog stamp from The Hillbilly Holler Set 2. SY-901
I used Prismacolor colored pencils to color the frog. (no Gamsol, just pencils)
I sponged around the edges of everything and used a black micron pen to draw the flight paths of the fly's.
Not my usual style, but I think I like it. I hope you like it too!
Please see what the rest of the design team has created here. They always inspire me with their talent!
I hope you will play along. Enjoy the day!

Janice

New Challenges Start Today at The Scrapping Cottage
Hello everyone!
Here is a card I made for the new challenges starting at the Cottage Blog. You can read all about it here. Play along for a chance to win a $25.00 gift certificate to spend at The Scrapping Cottage store. You must use a Cottage Cutz die to be eligible to win the gift certificate.
The photo was used for inspiration. I am the host for this challenge. I thought the photo was so pretty but when it came down to making my card, I was struggling. I wanted it to be feminine and I wanted to use the colors in the photo. I used the Lacy Heart Doily and threaded the ribbon around it and tied a bow. I used the same paper to cut the tea cup using the Teacup Mouse die. Thanks as always, for stopping by. If you have any Cottage Cutz dies I hope you will be inspired to play along.
Hugs and smiles,
Janice

Scrapbuggy NSD challenge #11
Here is a card I made for Scrappbuggy challenge #11, get inked. We just needed to make a card with stamps so I used an old SU stamp from 2002. This is the last of the Scrapbuggy challenges that I have been able to complete. Thanks for the fun challenges! And thanks for stopping by.
Scrapbuggy NSD challenge #4
Here is a tag I made for the Scrapbuggy NSD challenge 4, recycle. The small tag has a small plastic tag made from a punch package, I think. I often attach smaller tags to add some visual impact. The larger tag was stamped with Market Street Stamps Paisley.
Scrapbuggy NSD challenge #9
Here is a card I made for the Scrapbuggy blog challenge #9, make a dimensional embellishment. I cut circles from a vintage hymnal to make the flower. I bought some vintage hymnals for 50 cents at a church tag sale last weekend. I usually have a really hard time cutting things from books, but these books are really in rough shape, so I feel good about repurposing them.

More Market Street Stamps Fun
I don't know about you, but I sure do love the Market Street Stamps backgrounds. For this card I used the stamp called Paisley. I used 2 colors of Memento Ink, Bahama Blue and New Sprout. I used the small dew drop ink pads. I inked up the stamp with both colors. The new sprout ink pad picked up the Bahama blue ink and changed it to a beautiful shade of Caribbean green. I really like the colors on this card! I hope you like it too!

Peachy Keen Challenge 51
Hello Friends!
Our sketch this week was inspired by this adorable card made by the ever so TALENTED Lorie Souther!
Lorie's work is always inspiring to me!
Create a card or layout based on the SKETCH & TWIST provided
TWIST: Must include a "popped" stamped image
Guidelines:
Design must be new
Project must incorporate elements from provided sketch AND include a "Popped" up, cut out stamped image (the Silhouette in the sketch is provided for image placement only - use whichever stamps you'd like!)
Link up before May 17th
As with all of our sketch challenges, the basic layout should be there, but feel free to flip elements & get creative!
For my card I used PK-781 Party Girl Lulee. I stamped Lulee twice, once on white and once on pink gingham so that I could paper piece her dress and hat. I received the paper from PKS and cut out the banner and castles. I thought they worked well with the image. This week you will be playing for a chance to win PK-239, Faceless Fruit. You can find the details of the challenge and the amazing samples created by my Peachy sisters. Thanks for stopping by!
