Hello friends! Last night we had our March Peachy Keen Stamps release party. It was a lot of fun! If you weren't able to make it you can check out all the new stamps here. They are so darn CUTE! Kathy is the Queen of CUTE!!
You can scroll through the pages of the release party and also play along with the challenges for a chance to win some Peachy Prizes. Check it out here! Here is a card I made for Nikki's background challenge. I used the new PK-189 Copper Ceiling Tile Background.
I stamped the background in 2 different colors. I used the blue tile as the card front base. Then I cut one quarter inch strips using the green background, and glued them to the blue base, skipping every other strip and making sure they lined up. I really like the effect. It is sort of like the split negative technique done in strips. I hope you will check out all the Peachy fun and play along. Thanks so much for stopping by.
Hugs and smiles,
Janice
