Peachy Keen Challenge 18

Hello my crafting friends! Peachy Keen has a new challenge posted. The guidelines are to make a card using the sketch above (feel free to replace buttons with any embellishment). I had fun making this card using PK-328 Snowman Winter Greeting Card Set. I paper pieced the snowman's clothing and colored with copics. I punched and glittered the snowflakes, added some bling and stickles to the Christmas tree, papers from K&Company, and polka dot ribbon from SU. Peachy Keen Stamps Challenge 17

Hello friends! Peachy Keen has a fun challenge to try and if you are the lucky winner of the draw, you will receive 2 Brand New Released sets, PK-408 Gingerbread Doll Set and PK-318 Penguin Doll Set! Kathy has been creating new stamps and are they CUTE!!!! You will want to check them out for sure!

Now onto the challenge.

We have another recipe challenge for you this week. The challenge is to use the following:

* polka dot(s)
* a border
* stripe(s)
* stamped image(s)

For my card I used PK-319 Snickerdoodle Happy Elf. I stamped his image twice, once onto white cardstock and once onto green "velvet" ribbon. (I purchased this ribbon last year, for 90% off, after Christmas clearance.) I love to think of different ways to incorporate different products. I also have some red velvet ribbon that I purchased at the same time. I have used that for Santa's clothes in the past. I cut the Christmas trees from patterned paper, made the present and attached the white polka dot bow to the present with clear glue dots. The ribbon is not wired. You just twirl and tack down with the glue dots.

Day 271 - Giving Thanks and Day 273 - Pretty Pattern

For this card I have combined 2 challenges. I received this damask stamp from a dear friend and knew it would be perfect for Day 273 and since it was a gift I used it to make a Thank You card for her, for Day 271. You can check out the challenges at 365 Cards.

Here is my card for Day 270 - Face It, for the 365 Cards Challenge Blog. I used punches to create his face. I was inspired to use punches, because my friend Heidi makes some really cute cards using punches. Have a great day!

Day 269 - Tied Up In Knots

Here is my card for Day 269, Tied Up In Knots at 365 Cards. I used my Copics to color the stamped image and some SU twine to tie around the stump. I added a starfish charm and tied some knots in the twine. The sea-horses, sand-dollar, and crab were punched from MS punches. Thanks for stopping by.

This is a card I made for the Copic Color Challenge blog, #41. We were to use Burnt Umber, Apricot, and Olive. I love the colors of fall so I chose to do a harvest card to wish all of you a Happy Thanksgiving! Enjoy the day and don't eat till your tummy hurts.
