Tutorial as Promised

Hi everyone. Forgive my amateur tutorial but I really am a novice with computers. I hope this all makes sense. Start reading from the bottom of this post. If you have any questions, please ask away. I will do my best to answer them. Have a great day!!

Add patterned paper to decorate the inside. To make the counter/pop up, cut a piece of patterned paper 3 3/4"X 4". Score the 4" side at 1", 2", and 3" patterned side up. Fold and secure with double-stick tape to the inside of card. Finish as you desire. Here are some other images.

Score the corners of the canopy/awning diagonally and fold inward to form a 90* corner. The inside corner flap is pushed to the side and a small punch is used to make a hole for a brad to secure the awning. Mark 1/4" down on the side flaps and cut out the small wedge so the awning lays on a slight slant. Fold the awning over the side flaps and mark where the hole was punched. Punch each side flap to secure with a brad later.

Remove the 2"x4" inch pieces marked with an X cutting just inside the score line. Then remove the 1"x3" pieces marked with an X. Make the scalloped edge of the canopy using a border punch.

Here are the instructions for the "Candy Shop", "Ice Cream Stand"...
Choose a heavy piece of cardstock or patterned paper and trim to 8"x11". With the right side facing up, score at 2" and 6". Turn the paper horizontally and score at 4", 8", and 10". Fold along score lines with pattern facing up.
