Todays card is for 3 challenges. The ABC Challenge Blog is for the letter "D" for die-cuts. Pile It On is being sponsored by Hambo stamps and the theme is birthday. I used this free cat digital stamp from Hambo, colored him with Copic's using some other "favorite" colors of mine, blue and green. So this is also being submitted to Copic Creations as a second entry.

Janice, What an adorable card. I love it all the image the scallop layers the detail on the balloons and the ribbons. The background patterned paper is perfect and your coloring is incredible! Cute, Cute, Cute!
